Your trade enquiry
When you submit the form, your contact details and requirement are stored in a private enquiry database so Janak can review and respond. A reference is displayed only after the enquiry has been saved. In a local preview, test entries stay on the preview computer and are not sent to the sales team. If you choose email or WhatsApp instead, those services handle the conversation under their own privacy practices.
Information you share
We ask for business contact details and requirements so our team can respond to your trade enquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information in your brief.
Storage and access
Enquiry records are accessible to authorised site administrators, not through public website pages. The enquiry system is configured to remove website records after 90 days; subsequent business correspondence is handled separately. Contact us to discuss access, correction or deletion of the details you have submitted.
Website usage
The Janak website itself does not set analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting server may process basic connection details in access logs to operate and protect the website. A keyed hash of the connection address is used temporarily to limit repeated form submissions; the raw address is not stored with the enquiry.
Instagram posts
Selected posts are shown with locally hosted previews. Instagram content loads only when you choose to open an embedded post. Instagram may then process connection information and use cookies under its own privacy practices. You can also follow the link to view the post directly on Instagram.
