Blending Unit
Our in-house blending unit, equipped with over 1800 raw materials and advanced technology like the Mettler Toledo BATCHTOOL 780 weighing scale, is the heart of our fragrance production at Janak. Our expert team meticulously crafts unique scents, ensuring each fragrance achieves perfection. This unit enables us to create customized, captivating fragrances that set us apart in the market. With complete control over the process, we guarantee consistent quality, delivering delightful experiences to our customers.
Dipping Machine
Our automated dipping machines are pivotal in ensuring consistent fragrance absorption in our incense sticks. With a daily capacity of 1000 kg each, these machines guarantee uniform scent and appearance across all batches, maintaining precise fragrance concentration. They eliminate variations found in manual processes, ensuring each stick receives an even coating for a reliable and enhanced sensory experience. Efficiency and precision are at the core of our production thanks to these machines, minimizing errors and streamlining the fragrance application process.
Furnace
At Janak, our two furnaces are integral in refining raw materials for incense sticks. They play a pivotal role in filtering, purifying, and enhancing these materials to ensure optimal quality and consistency. Additionally, the furnaces’ versatility in transforming solids into pastes expands the range of usable materials, enabling well-balanced incense mixtures in our production process.
Vibro sifter
The vibro sifter is a vital component in our manufacturing unit, sifting raw materials like fragrant powders and binders to ensure they are free from impurities. This process guarantees a uniform mixture, enhancing the overall quality of our incense sticks. Additionally, it contributes to quality control by ensuring the right particle size and eliminating foreign particles that could affect the final product.
Mixing Machines
Our mixing machines are versatile, ranging from 30 kg to 1500 kg per batch, catering to both large-scale and small-scale production requirements. Each of our 4 machines—1500 kg/batch, 150 kg/batch, 100 kg/batch, and 30 kg/batch—is tailored to handle different batch sizes, ensuring flexibility in our manufacturing process. Precision-designed for blending ingredients, these machines are crucial in maintaining consistent quality in our incense sticks. Additionally, they automate blending, significantly cutting manual labor and time, allowing us to efficiently produce larger quantities
Size Reduction Machines
Size reduction machines, like grinders, are pivotal in breaking down raw materials for incense production, ensuring consistent particle sizes. This uniformity leads to better fragrance distribution and combustion. Our lineup includes a high-capacity ball mill (200kg/HR) and another for 50kg/HR, alongside a robust Pulverisor (50kg/HR) for finer grinding. These machines guarantee uniform ingredient sizes, enhancing ingredient blending and ensuring even fragrance distribution in incense sticks. Moreover, the uniform particle size achieved aids in better burning characteristics, allowing for a more consistent release of aromatic compounds during burning
Incense Stick Manufacturing Machine
Our machinery setup comprises 80 automated incense stick machines for efficient production and 35 pedal-operated manual units that offer artisanal creativity. The automated machines ensure precision and quality, while the manual ones add a personal touch to cater to unique orders. This versatile setup reflects our dedication to quality and innovation, enabling prompt responses to consumer demands, maintaining competitiveness, and swiftly adapting to market trends. Additionally, with the ability to add more machines, we can easily scale up production to meet growing demands and expand in the market without significant operational disruptions.
Dryer Machine
Our utilization of modern drying machines has revolutionized incense stick drying, reducing the drying time to a mere 24 hours compared to conventional methods. These advanced dryers offer precise control over temperature and humidity in the drying chamber, ensuring optimal conditions for drying raw materials, moisture control, fragrance enhancement, consistent stick formation, and efficient production. This innovation contributes significantly to enhanced product quality by preventing issues like mold growth and uneven drying through controlled temperature and humidity levels. Moreover, these modern machines are energy-efficient, employing advanced technologies that minimize energy consumption during the drying process, aligning with sustainable production practices while reducing operational costs.
